Our Lab won two Eikon 2023 Awards

Our Laboratory stood out in the Eikon 2023 Awards for excellence in Institutional Communication, winning two statuettes for the short film Luarprofeno: la otra respiración:

– Gold Eikon in the category Brand Film Publications

– Eikon Award for Innovation in Institutional Communication Campaigns

During the COVID-19 pandemic, in conjunction with the Ministry of Health and Ministry of Science of the province of Córdoba, a development was made available that became known as inhaled ibuprofen. Early health care in towns and cities in the interior of the province was named “Project AIRE (Administration of Inhaled Ibuprofen Rescue in COVID-19 Sick)”. The objective of the project was to provide early treatment to patients at risk in order to avoid complications and their referral to the Regional Hospital, being carried out in Field Hospitals and Primary Care Centers. Early assistance in the village allowed the care of nearby professionals, and the accompaniment of their environment in complicated moments.

“The Other Breath” is a sample of that assistance work. The Vórtice agency accompanied the Lab team during 2021 to record their work and try to reflect the impact of a project that managed to reach in a timely manner with real assistance to those who needed it most. The short film was released in June 2022.
